Still unsure? Hit the Contact button below.
1. What services does Monarca Brothers Mowing offer?
We provide lawn mowing, precision edging, trimming, yard cleanup, power washing (driveways, decks, siding), fall cleanup, aeration & overseeding, weed spraying, fence repair & staining, holiday lighting, and snow removal (residential & commercial). If you need a service not listed, ask — we often partner with trusted subs.
2. What areas do you service?
We regularly serve Glendale, Springboro, Lebanon, and the surrounding Butler & Warren County communities. If you’re nearby but not listed, call or message us — we’ll confirm availability.
3. How do I get a price or free estimate?
Easiest ways: click Get a Free Estimate on our site, email info@monarcamowing.com, or call/text the number on the site. For simple lawn jobs we provide quick quotes by photo; for larger projects (fencing, snow contracts, power washing) we’ll schedule a short on-site estimate.
4. Do you offer recurring service plans?
Yes — we have weekly and bi-weekly mowing plans. We also offer seasonal bundles (Fall Prep, Holiday Lighting, Snow Removal contracts). Recurring customers enjoy priority scheduling and discounted add-on rates.
5. How do I pay? Are online payments available?
Yes. We accept secure online payments via QuickBooks Payments (Pay Invoice link), major credit cards, and ACH (where available). We can handle one-time payments or recurring billing for subscriptions.
6. What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to reschedule. For larger contracts (snow removal, fencing), specific cancellation terms may apply — these will be included in your service agreement.
7. Are you insured and licensed?
Yes. Monarca Brothers Mowing carries general liability insurance. For any licensed work (e.g., pesticide application or specialized contracting), we either hold required licenses or subcontract licensed pros and provide documentation upon request.
8. Do you apply fertilizer or pesticides?
We do not offer fertilization services that require a licensed applicator unless the team member on the job holds the proper certification. We do offer weed spraying as a limited service when handled by licensed staff — let us know if you need that and we’ll confirm qualifications.
9. How should I prepare my property before a service?
Please pick up toys, hoses, and small items from the lawn, and secure pets. For power washing, move potted plants or delicate outdoor items off the work area or cover them if you prefer.
10. Will you move furniture or heavy planters?
We can move light outdoor furniture and small items as part of a service — bulky items and heavy planters are best moved by the homeowner for liability reasons. Ask when booking if you need help and we’ll advise.
11. Can you quote snow removal for the winter?
Yes. We offer seasonal snow contracts for residential driveways and commercial lots, plus on-demand plow and de-icing services. Contracts include service priority and clear pricing per plow or per season.
12. What equipment do you use and is it noisy?
We use professional-grade mowers, blowers, and pressure washers. We limit noisy operations to reasonable hours, follow local ordinances, and always communicate start times when a loud job is scheduled.
13. Do you offer commercial or HOA services?
Yes — we serve small commercial properties, HOA landscaping contracts, and property managers. For recurring commercial service, we provide a contract with clearly defined scopes and priority scheduling.
14. What if I’m not satisfied with a service?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If anything isn’t right, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll come back to fix it at no extra charge for standard lawn & yard services (conditions apply for major repairs or subcontracted work).
